Just wondering if there is any special procedure or crossfire settings when this card is running?

Or does the 2nd core "kick in" if possible and whatnot automatically?

Cheers:D

From my experience with the one I have I haven't had to touch any settings, everything works straight out of the box.

Also make sure that Catalyst AI is enabled in the Catalyst Control Centre - if it isn't then you'll only ever run one regardless of any other settings.

GPU-Z says - ATI Crossfire - Disabled (Crossfire Available)(unsure on Vista64)

I should have said, im using Windows 7 7100RC with the 9.6 Catalyst drivers, is it all compatible?

I'm using the same - no probs here. On GPU-Z it says "Enabled (2 GPU's), Sideport Off, Unsure on Vista"

Have you checked your Catalyst AI settings? Open up CCC in Advanced Mode, go to 3D, then Catalyst AI and check that the tickbox to disable isn't ticked.

The Catalyst AI is enabled (the box isnt ticked).

If you right click the Ati tray icon its show 3 display adapters, and the CCC dropdown menu on the AI part is showing 1. and 3.

That normal?

Gave the PC a restart and its working now (says the same as yours on GPUZ Faceplant).

Thanks once more for your help guys :)

Hmm, I'm only seeing 2 adaptors when I right click the tray icon - I suggest you uninstall and reload drivers again as it seems your rig is confused!

edit: d'oh - glad you're ok now dude! Now go play! :)
