Hey, just after some ideas how to keep my 4970x2 coolied and the easit way to overclock the unit? also with prices the way they are would i notice a diffrent if i brought a second one and crossfired them? or am i better of selling it when the next gen come in and putting the money towards that?

Your system is pretty beefy but I still don't think an extra X2 is going to make any difference. Unless you have a 30" (2560x1600) monitor perhaps?
Unfortunately there is only one aftermarket cooler and it's not on sale yet. :/
As far as overclocking goes, I wouldn't bother because without better cooling you can't get too far on this card. When I looked into it a while back you still needed to flash the BIOS because the ATI control panel won't let you clock very high at all, but you can take it up to 800 core / 1000 memory.
