4870x2 bios flashing.

has anyone here succesfully flashed their 4870x2's bios with RBE and the appropriate bios ?

I've been looking into it but have yet to pluck up the courage to give it a go. I presume it would invalidate the warranty ?

I hear you need 2x bios's for both cores right ?

Also which are the best to use ? Asus top, or are there better out there ?

I was wondering about this too. I wouldn't want to bork my card but i'd give it a try if i knew how. Only flashed a 3870 before so dunno about the 4870x2 and what tools you'd need.
 
you need a master and slave, I've done it successfully in an attempt to fix a faulty card...which was unfortunately unsuccessful :p
Master is device 0 and slave is device 1

I have heard the best is the Asus top.
