4870x2 Upgrade

Sorry to be yet another spammer asking for help/opinions but i guess thats what this is all about.
My current spec is in my Sig.
Im about to purchase a 4870x2, a hiper power 880w PSU and a new CPU
(Q6600) and maybe some new RAM.

My questions are;

Will the 4870x2 work with my MOBO?
Is the power supply enough?

Yes it would be fine on that motherboard, I'm using one on a motherboard that only has PCI Express 1.0a support.

And 880W is ample.
