Are all the 4870X2's the same?

I've been looking at them and they vary quite a lot in price, was looking at the Powercolor but only 1 left in stock, so thinking of alternatives just incase....whats the Gainward like?
 
Doesnt seem to be any bundle with any of them, just seem to be the card...no games included
 
I'm sure its a stupid question really, but what are the temps and noise levels like on the Gainward? What PSU do you have in your machine?
 
That is warm...was really tempted with one, but I already get a lot of heat kicking out of my PC with nowhere to go from my 4870....might have to reconsider the X2.
