Hiya,
Tell you the truth i only play a few games really, mainly simulations (if/when i can be bothered)
You do get some gains in CF, that said, my passion is/was silent hunter series (which has now ended in sh5
)
Trying to get CF in sh5 is a no go, game engine is fubar (even an ex-game worker on the sh5 project said as much)
Did get cf working in arma2 and got some gains and some other games of that age
So for me, if you can get CF up and running cheaply instead of upgrading then do it, for me, if i could stretch to it i would upgrade to a more recent gpu and be done with 4890 CF'ed
