49" Gigabyte AORUS CO49DQ

That's a nice deal m8, was released at £700 more (crazy)! Guess a lot of high-end stuff is having problems shifting atm.
It's also got some custom features no other ultrawide has as far as I know (it has a zoom in function) so in fps games whatever you're focused on is zoomed in on, on a portion of the screen. Quite cool when I saw it in a random video review, but can't find it now.

I got the co49dq and I'm pleased with it - 144hz is enough for a casual gamer like me. The KVM is nice touch and works great switching wireless mouse & keybopoard from my home PC / work laptop.
The only gripe I'd have is the port placement which is has the ports pretty low and means straight cables can be seen hanging below the monior - I sorted that with angled cables and have a nice clean setup now, especially compared to the previous 2 x 2k monitor setup.

its a great monitor, image quality is amazing and its also good for working with such large screen space. No burn issues after 6 months of ownership, it has some protective software where it auto dims and then switches the screen off after a period of inactivity to protect from burn in.

Hi all, @Nullzzz @Benaforce how are you both getting on with your CO49DQ for both working and gaming? Still happy with it for working? Burn in?

Thanks!
Yes, very happy with it. For work, I generally use two 2560x1440 windows, side by side, but using Power Toys / Fancy zones, I can snap to a central 2560 x 1440 for my main focus, with two smaller windows either side.
I'm not seeing any burn in issues, and I've taken some small steps to help reduce it (auto hide task bar, wallpaper cycling etc.). For gaming it's great too, but for some FPS, if I find 5120 too wide (if the HUD is pushed to the edges of the screen), I'll run 3440 x 1440 with 1:1 pixel mapping.
