i've checked the asrock product pages and see it supports a maximum of either 2gb of ddr2 or 2gb of ddr1. but does anybody know if it will support one 2gb stick? i'm looking to buy a 2 x 2gb set because when i get a proper mobo, i'd like the option of sticking in 8gb.... 
the only reason i'm contemplating this board as a stop gap is because my x1950pro agp is still plenty good enough for my needs.
