I understand that mifi devices can connect up to 10 devices.

But what I'd like to know is what is the maximum concurrent connections for iPads browsing web pages on a 4G mifi device on the three network?

Can they handle concurrent connection? will the total bandwith of the 4G connection capable of streaming non-multimedia web pages on 6 iPads?

Thanks

Would 100% depend on coverage and signal stregnth as to wether they will be a pleasure to use or torture? What sort of speeds do you get in the location you would use it? Ive seen threes 4g anywhere from 6mb to 30mb

Thanks. I guess that is true.

Suppose we got 30mb speeds would a typical mifi device be able to handle 6 simultaneous devices trying to access the internet at the same time or would the network create bottlenecks and limit the number of http requests/transfers?

I just tested the connection on three we can get anywhere from 5Mb DL to 18Mb download. But assuming we are going to get 5Mb it would not be a pleasant experience to share one connection between 6 devices.

Possibly best looking at 2 devices per sim or 3 at a stretch.
