Then again, if they are not responding to any support emails, and generally ignoring the OP, then it doesn't give you much hope for the future.

Depends what he said really. Not sure what he wants them to do, but some form of response would have been an idea, even if it was automated.

Get a 4g mifi from ee and connect to it using wifi or use3g speeds off a sim. Just trying to give u an option for 4g on your current iPad. I tether with 3G all the time, speeds seem fine.
