4gb , 32 bit or 64?

Currently running 3gb ddr3 ram with windows 7 32bit, i have another 1gb stick on the way, what would be better to use? 32 bit or 64bit windows 7, and why? Thanks :)

32Bit won't see all your ram & 64Bit is well supported these days. :)
 
These days? It has been well supported for quite some time!

64-bit all the way. That 1GB extra RAM is a waste of time on 32-bit.
