4GB DDR2-6400 sticks... Where?

I'm after a couple of 4GB DDR2-6400 800MHz sticks for my system. The motherboard, a Gigabyte G41M-ES2L only has two slots, but will support a maximum of 8GB system memory. I have 2x2GB OCZ Gold sticks in at the moment, but can't for the life of me find any 4GB sticks anywhere!

Where should I be looking? And do any decent brands make 4GB sticks at this speed? Or is it, as I suspect, going to be cheaper to buy a new motherboard that accepts DDR3 RAM along with 8GB of it, and get rid of my DDR2 stuff?

Not sure if this would count as linking to competitors as it is the manufacturers themselves and OcUK do not sell them, but here is a 4GB DDR2-6400 module:

It has got a hefty price tag though at £106.79!

If you weren't sure you shouldn't have posted it.

Cheers for the responses guys

To be fair, it does look like the 4GB sticks of DDR2 are ludicrously expensive, and I'd be better off buying another motherboard with 4 RAM slots in. Or selling my whole socket 775 setup and buying an 1155 setup to get more processing power, and more RAM, on the cheap!

Never mind...

Cheers guys

New setup will have to wait a while though due to finances I think... To be fair, not really maxing out 4GB RAM very often at all at the moment, so think it will suffice for a while still.

With most memory modules offering lifetime warranty - might be better to buy second hand.

Crucial have an excellent RMA procedure :)

Strictly the lifetime warranty only applies to the original purchaser.

Usually there aren't any problems but if you buy second hand you could have a warranty claim refused.
