I currently have 2GB of OCZ Reaper in my eVGA 650i at the moment and I'm considering upgrading to 4GB and a 64bit OS for Christmas. I've heard of issues with the 6xx chipset and 4 sticks of RAM, can anyone confirm this? Apparently 4 sticks works if I set the speed to 667mhz or lower which I don't want to do.

I have 4GB in my P5N32-E.
Make sure your Mobo has a BIOS update which includes support for 4GB.... Also download the Windows Vista Fix which supports more than 3GB and you should be ok.

I've run the Gigabyte N650SLI-DS4 with 4 sticks of Ballistix PC6400 at 800MHz no problem. The early ASUS P5N-E SLI had a massive FSB hole between 700MHz and 799MHz when used with 4 sticks of RAM that was fixed in later BIOSes.
