Anyone care to let me know how this is possible?
I have the latest bios (0505) yet I can only boot with 3 x 1GB sticks, the fourth, when inserted makes the computer beep like a bugger and give no monitor signal.
Also, no matter what I do in the bios, the timings never save and always revert to 5,5,5,15 @ 770Mhz instead of the 4,4,4,12,2T @ 800Mhz as it should be. I've bumped the voltage to 2.1V as per the spec on the sticks themselves, but it still reverts to the 770Mhz @ 1.8V
Any ideas?
(yes I have searched the forums and found a few things out, but thought someone might have some new info that they might like to share
)
Cheers
Simon
