4GB OCZ + 4GB of different brand?

I have 4GB OCZ PC2-8000 ReaperX HPC (2x2GB) and being as the heat spreaders are so chunky and wide i cant fit another 4GB of the same memory on the board.

So would i have any trouble on a X48 board with another 4GB of different PC2-8000/8500 memory along with the OCZ?
