4GB Ram problem

Hi my system is as follows

Windows vista ulitimate 64
Asus Commando Intel 965 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Processor
OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-6400C4 Dual Channel Platinum Revision 2 XTC Series DDR2 Memory
ATI Radeon HD 2900 XT 1024MB Graphics

I have just brought another 2GB of OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-6400C4 Dual Channel Platinum Revision 2 XTC Series DDR2 Memory

But it is only showing up as 3007 MB in the system menu in control panel.
However if i load up cpuz it shows up as 4096 MB.
Why is it showing up as 3007 in windows ?

Its ok ive sorted it i had to enable memory remap in the bios
Its fine now
