Real gsync with module and variable overdrive. Not this cheap g-sync compatible aka freesync with only one overdrive setting which is in most cases suitable for max. refresh rate but is producing masssive overshoot below. Like the M28U or XB323QKNV with Innolux panels.
All over 10 % overshoot is clearly visible.
Many people without knowledge about the functunality of a gsync module are thinking the G-Sync module not needed we have our cheap g-sync compatible/free-sync, Nvidia is rip-offing users .
Btw i have no idea why rtings is rating the strobing mode of the M28U with 9.0 of 10. It has a ton of strobing crosstalk. Unuseable, regardless which overdrive mode has been used. I would give it 0.0.
