Hi all!

Well as the title says I would like some help on deciding for a 4k build. I have a budget of £2500 max and mouse, keyboard, os, and optical drive and of course 4k monitor have to be included. The only thing that I have decided on so far is the case and wanting to go with Antec nineteen hundred ultimate gaming case.

I was opting for 2x R9 290x for the build though I was wanting 2x 750ti's but don't think I'd have the budget for it.

So would any of use have any ideas as to how I should build this beast with parts?:D

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks all!

The 1900 is a horrible awful badly designed useless waste of space. You may want to reconsider. :p

If this is for gaming, I wouldnt recommend going down the 4k route quite yet. Another 2 gens of graphics card and and time for the 4k monitors to mature a bit more.

Is AMD still having issues with some 4k panels?

The Dell monitor you've specced will only do 4k at 30Hz. The Samsung U28D590 28" is the one to go for, cheaper too! - link :)

Thanks for all the builds and suggestions guys and girls! So do use think 4k is worth it at the moment? Does anyone play on 4k here? I'd like to see what use think before splashing out the cash :)

290(X) cards are still a possible issue, seems to be a no go for most, no fix yet.

I wouldn't be sure with amd and 4k as I'd be new to the whole 4k business :P

Unless you plan on watercooling, you won't need anything that huge, sleek and small is the new big & powerful in my eyes.

And to mirror others, 4k isn't worth the plunge yet, too expensive for little gain, when 4k becomes more the norm, you're initial investment now would be worthless.

Exactly this. If your not going custom loop, less than £100 for a case.

Single loop, £150.

Daul loop, £200. :)

Quoted this again to make sure the OP reads :)

Thanks for bringing this up :) I'll definitely take it into consideration! And have decided to not go down the 4k route just yet, maybe when the next gen gpu's come out I'll see then.

Thanks for everyones views and opinions!!
