4K camcorder comparison?

Hi everyone,

I am soon looking to purchase 4k camcorder mainly to use for planespotting. I am looking at the below two models, however I cannot see much of a different between the two to justify the price difference of £150.

Additionally, can anyone recommend a good tripod for video, particularly plane spotting?
