Stock is Expected at somepoint in May, there is no firm ETA apart from it will be May sometimes. Were expecting this monitor to sell like hot cakes as its 28", 60Hz, 1MS and 4k resolution for under £500, so we are expecting this one to run short, as such get your orders in quick to guarantee one from the first batch we receive.

Gibbo is there a 32 inch version coming in stock by any chance?

Might order one of these but wondering price of the IPS versions....though latest TN panels have improved a lot more over the last few years.

Nothing else from Samsung at moment, the focus is this model.

Hmm tempted. I take it there is still no update on the Asus Rog swift PG278Q? Its going to be the Sammy or the Asus that gets my money I think.

The Asus is not 4k. That is G-Sync/144Hz and will be £700-£800.

Am I reading it right that it can have two devices on it at once :p?

So someone could be on a PS4 and another on an Xbox one :p?

Yes it can do that with two HDMI's connected, it splits the screen in half. Or you could run two computes, pretty neat feature that you'll most likely never use. :D

So much want. Will my 7970 run this ok? Also will the cash come out of my account as soon as I order?
Cheers

A 7970 for gaming won't cope at such resolutions, unless reducing settings or running at lower resolution.

To play the latest games, maxed out at such resolutions will probably required 290X/780Ti and even then maybe a pair of them in SLI/Crossfire. It will depend on the game.

That's what Omar is trying to clarify, whether OCUK will accept baclight bleed as a fault (and therefore will be liable for return postage costs).

It's a vague area, all panels have bleed, just some more than others and it's not a fault unless it's truly excessive and even noticeable in a lit room.

When it's excessive we consider it a fault, but some minor bleed at edges or corners is not a fault.
