4k HDMI Splitter

I have currently brought a new LG TV, which I just have one HDMI cable plugged in, as it's behind the wall, I require an HDMI splitter which supports the full 4K HDR 10bit for Xbox one X, are there any about? I can only see stuff for 8bit?

If you already have a cable there, can you not just pull another one through?

No, I have a false wall, with some beading going through the wall. and it will only allow for one cable.

Look up the Smartooo stuff on amazon. I think it's a Smartooo 63021 that does it, although can't remember the exact model but sure you can find it.

Should do, you looking at the right device. Have a look at some of the questions and answers on amazon. Plus if it didn't work, just return it.

Does this support sky q 4K 10bit? Not just 8 bit
