4K monitor with upscaler?

So I'm looking to upgrade my monitor, my current one (Dell 1920x1200 IPS) is getting old and it's starting to develop bad light bleeding and burn ins.

I'd like to be able to use Nintendo Switch with it, so the monitor being able to upscale content would be nice, any monitors capable of doing that? I don't need perfect upscaling, but decent enough so that it doesn't look crap.

4K TV not an option.

My BenQ EW3270U 4K monitor has a feature called super resolution which can boost lower resolution content when enabled.

Its currently on offer at the moment for around £380 if you google it . i paid £430 for mine just before xmas and its a really nice screen.
