So Guys,

After a while of owning the Sammy 28" 4K I find the form factor impossible to browse the internet in. I love gaming on it, but I need a solid browsing monitor too...

The choices now are quite overwhelming and I am not sure what to go with. I am not a competitive gamer, mainly single player. I do like taking photos and like the idea of editing them somewhere nice.

My shortlist is:

4K:
32" Benq IPS display
32" Acer IPS display
40" Philips TN monitor

UWS: 3440x1440
LG UM95
Dell

I am running 780ti in SLI and find I can hit decent 4K FPS on a fair few games.. so thats not an issue. So the main thing is which one would be best for my uses. I do find the TN colour shift thing a massive pain at the moment, which is what puts me off the Philips 40"

Let me know your thoughts!

So Guys,

Having got said model of monitor I find your comment most strange as the clarity of text and general browsing of the internet is a lot better than my 1080p monitor was. I find it most plausible and pleasing in fact.

I recently upgraded to the 32" BenQ from a Dell U2711 and use it primarily for gaming and browsing.
The image quality is great and no issues with web, I think 32" is right on the sweet spot for 4k with no scaling required.
