4K tv's & 1080p 120Hz?

Is this the case with most 4K tv's, even if they're 60Hz they can support 120Hz at 1080P? Just wondering if my MU6400 supports it.

Also, worth overclocking a samsung TV?

My Sony xd8599 does it with lines on the screen. My Sony xf9005 does it perfectly.

The panel needs to be 120Hz native and both TV and GPU need to have HDMI 2.0. I believe the MU6400 is 60Hz native so that's all you will get regardless.

Yup, all of 2017/2018 LG's do.

Don't know about the other brands.

Yes the LG OLEDs do... for example;
