4K UHD HDR TV - 8bit vs 10bit?

I see most TV sets are 8 bit, some are 10 bit (8 bit + FRC) and 10 bit sets, so what difference is there between the 3?

If you put an 8 bit and 10 bit side by side playing from the same source, is it something that's going to be noticeable?

I was looking at the LG 49UH770V and the LG 55UH615V which are both 8 bit sets but there are over 150 UHD HDR sets to choose from..

I'm leaning towards the 55" as i have a 48" TV now.
