4K UHD HDR windows player?

I have these files on my PC and would like to test them.. I have a 960 Nvidia card which I think is HDCP 2.2?

Any software I can use?

Any video player with the right codecs should work. Just make sure in the Nvidia control panel you've set the colour range to full.
