4oD Crashing

Recently when I have been watching 4oD at a random point in the programme my computer will crash completely and repeat the last second or so of audio meaning that I have to restart my PC. I was wandering if anyone might know what's going on?

I have also now had iPlayer crash when watching a video so I don't know if it's a problem with something else but I don't have any other problems playing games or watching videos using VLC player. Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be?

My Temps are ok; around 45 on load even when watching 4oD or iPlayer.
The pc isn't blue screening, it's just freezing so that I have to do a hard reset. I will try disabling auto restart though and see if that helps.

I did see that about 4oD but iPlayer didi it too yesturday so I do want to get that to work at least
