4od kservice and khost auto startup?

I know how to stop these on boot in services/msconfig which is fine until you run 4od next time where it adds them again to auto start up but how do you make it stop permanently?

disabling the service should stop it running altogether.

I think the whole point is that 4oD is meant to run in the background downloading shows and sharing your bandwith.

Kontiki is a horrible piece of **** though. It uses insane amounts of CPU just downloading something. Which is why I don't use 4oD - Kontiki + Flash = nightmare!

Yeah they should have options for throttling and stuff, i really don't want it running when im not using it or downloading something.

Is there a way to automatically remove the khost entry from msconfig on shutdown?

I found that the kservice does stay set to manual start once its set so khost must be loading it or something.
