4s stuck on silent?!

Hey guys I'll keep it short and simple. Had my iPhone 4s for nearly a year now and it's been fine, but for some reason it is stuck on silent
As far as I can work out it thinks it has headphones plugged in when it doesn't as when I press the volume buttons up or down it says "Volume (Headphones)"?!

Tried restarting, resyncing and nothing

Tried plugging in and unplugging the headphones a few times?

yep its a fault with the headphone jack, it thinks you have them plugged in, best thing to do is get a cotton bud with some ipa on it cut the bud down so it will fit in the hole and give it a good clean out, if that dont work and its still in warranty send it back.
