Hi,

I have got a Samsung T220 had it for about 5months now and onto my 4th replacement regarding a power issue. My 2nd monitor went Yesterday and received a another one today (Great service my Samsung in that respect) but this monitor has the exact same problem as the last one with there seeming no power getting to the monitor. I was wondering if this happens again is there any Trading law that means i go opt for a possibly a refunds is this is becoming a real nuisance??

I have made sure its not a problem with the power cables as i run Dual screens T220 and a 5year old 19" TFT and the power cables both work fine in the 19"

Thanks

I've just sent a laptop back for a new motherboard for the third time now, and I've been told that after it's back I can refuse the repair and opt for a different model. I have taken out optional cover on it, so not sure if that's the reason.

Thanks for the reply i spoke to the complaint department and they said the only thing they can do is repair it. But frankly get a broken monitor replaced by another broken monitor is just ridiculous
