4x4 Video Routing Equipment

Hi, im after some suggestions on equipment to achieve the following

4 LCD's

4 Video sources:

PC
Blueray Player
SKY
CCTV system

the customer wants to be able to say have sky on all the tvs or 2 of them or just 1 and then have the blueray playing through the other 3.

basically he wants to be able to set each source to each tv seperatly, ive had a look into the matrix switch boxes but the only one that seems to do what i need i can only find in the USA and its also lots of pennys.

Does anyone have any suggestions of equipment models i can have a look at?

The only other way i was thinking of doing it was:

4x 1:4 video splitters
4x 4:1 video switchers, this would give me the desired outcome, but quite a lot of cable mess.

You are right in that to do it properly, you need a matrix mixer. Kramer make some really nice ones, but are expensive. But if you Google 4x4 matrix mixers, plenty should come up, including ones here in the UK.

I've used a Kramer AV matrix switch loads (VP-8x8A) and they are really good, would definitely recommend them!
