Hi

Samsung HT-C450 5.1 ch - 500W

I have this and a PS4 Slim (which does not have optical out)

Now the problem;

The PS4 only has HDMI out but the bluray only has one HDMI out also. All i want and need to do is to find a way with your help to use the suround sound with the PS4.

Please can you help.
 
The one for 13 looks perfect but am I missing something about how it works?

The blu ray player has just one hdmi out not two but on their image of the item it goes from tv to blu ray and boy day to the box
 
Thanks for all the help, i appreciate it. I will go ahead and order and report back.

I am going from standard 2.1 audio to this so as long as i get good volume, nice bass and better audio all around i am happy. I am no audio phile i just wanted surround sound :-)
 
Hi all,

I got it, the sound is incredible! amazing......then i plugged my PJ HDMI in, then later back to watching the TV as normal.

Now, i am trying to set it up again, all lights are on the box, followed the instructions again but i am getting no signal on the TV, no sound from the box, nothing just lights on the new box.

Ideas?
 
Hi buddy.

I disconnected the TV and connected the Projector, now i am unable to get the PS4 to show on the PJ screen. Saying no source find.

So i then re-connect it all as usual and the PS4 does not show on the TV

Also no sound once change to PJ (or signal)

Lost. ha

First of all, thanks for your help. I appreciate it so much.

Right, i can get EVERYTHING working great using the TV.

However, it was purchased so we can use the projector. I have tried everything i can think of and the PJ gets no source found every time, also, the sound system plays no sound from the PS4.

So when i have it splugged in to the PJ i get no sound nor a TV signal.
When in TV - everything is fine.

Any thoughts?
