Ok I was looking forward to watching the F1 at the weekend on Italian TV and then listen to the English commentory on radio 5 live when at the last minute a message was spoken out that due to contractual reasons people outside the UK can not recieve this. Now my question is this how do they know I am outside the UK and is it possible to appear in the UK even if you are not.

Only ways round it would most likely be legally dodgy.
