Agreed. They can be easy though, but only if you have an example. Unfortunately it's sometimes damn hard to think of one at the time, then on the way back from the interview you will sudden remember several examples you could have used
Best bet is to get some example ones before and think of some answers in advance, makes it so much easier doing that little bit of prep.
Of course though, you need to have some examples to talk about aswell!
