5" tablet alternative to sat nav

I'm looking for a 4-5" PDA/tablet with sat nav capability. Should I be looking for ones with an inbuilt GPS receiver? Any recommendations?

I'm a bit behind the times, but I assume there are fairly decent Android apps which will provide reasonable functionality in this respect?

Also, I have used memory map running on an old Windows CE based HP PDA, so I'd like to retain this functionality if possible (presumably using an Android app)...

Thanks in advance!

Done...

Edit: I was thinking more car navigation, but there are a shedload of outdoor GPS apps on android with OS maps and the like. Not sure which is the best though.

Thanks for the suggestion. The Galaxy Note looks like a very nice bit of kit... but it's far more expensive than what I was looking for. I was thinking something more in the £100-150 range.

Why not just another Sat Nav like TomTom?

My brother uses his Galaxy S2 for satnav all the time and it works a treat but if you only want a sat nav device for 100 quid, you're better off buying a dedicated one. You can get a lot of sat navs for sub the £80 range these days.

For that budget I would just pick up a TomTom Live 820 or something. The software is still better than the ones I've seen on Android anyway.

Edit: Missed the part about Memory Map, a dedicated GPS unit wouldn't give you that flexibility.

Dell Streak 5 + Copilot Live ?

It is running 2.3 gingerbread now, 1.6 donut at time of review.

Lot's on ebay for sub £150.

Well I was initially thinking of going for a dedicated sat nav, but if I can get extra functionality (memory map, internet, media player) for an extra £50 it seems like a better deal to me.

That looks nice. The Samsung Galaxy S 5.0 8GB Gingerbread also looks good for about £165. Any thoughts on which might be better? Or if there are any cheaper alternatives without losing too much functionality?
