5 year old Nas and Plex

hi, is it possible to install plex onto my 5 year old netgear ready nas duo ?

my setup is the nas serves mede8ter in cinema room, and Panasonic 902b in the main living area , the tv either uses its own media server or i use plex streamed from my laptop .


i want to take the laptop out of the mix

i'm not very tech savvy so please keep it simple
