Be Quiet Dark Rock... not the best performance wise but they look nice.

That does look nice. but i need it to be a great cooler. My i5 will be overclocked to about 4.6

it will cope with that no problem. even the gelid tranquillo might just about cope with that

I can't vouch for it as I don't have one but I would say the silver arrow looks to be an excellent cooler and very close to your budget. I'll be buying soon so leave me one

Ye definitely the Silver Arrow. I had an Antec Kuhlur 620 which is a closed water unit, the Silver Arrow is much much better. But a little heads up, its MASSIVE, so you might have to remove any fans you have on the side of your case. Mine nearly touches the side panel.
