50 MB virgin - Heard there is a specific number to call for faults?

Hi,

Does anyone know the direct Virgin Media number to call if you have faults with 50MB broad band, a friend of mine is having issues.

I know I have seen it mentioned somewhere that there is a specific number, but can't find it :/

I don't think there is a special number but during 8AM-5PM if you get through to the UK call centre there is a team just for 50mb customers.....

Grrr... on virgins on website that is where I got the number (their forum). Apparently my friend tried calling it and it didn't work.
