50 Series Partner Cards Showcase

There's some wizardry in the FE cards to be so much smaller than the AIB bricks.
the AIB bricks likely have better power phases and that takes up more space.

From what we are seeing of the cooling of these AIB, I'm guessing the FE runs pretty toasty hot.

The end of the RAM slots is around where the 12VHPWR connector is, the fan is to the right of them :p
Oh wait, please tell me these will fit in a 4000D airflow?

I just changed my PSU, mobo, CPU and RAM today which took way too long as I had previously went all in with cable ties. If I need to buy a new case too then that was a lot of wasted effort. Also I'm going back to my cable managment just being a tangled mess squashed behind the backplate.

The AIBs look to be using a significantly bigger boards due to a more conventional layout. Is this cheaper or more expensive than Nvidias solution? If more expensive, you know who will be paying for it... and it's not the AIB's.

Err, I'm not sure. I have a 5000D airflow with a Gigabyte 4090 Gaming OC in it and purely just from looking at it there's about ~10cm between the end of it and my front fans.

I have a GB 4080 Aero, which is 342mm so 34.2cm. In my ex 4000D with a front facing 360mm AIO, I coulnt fit all the fans on the rad, so had to run 2 fans. If you’re not running a radiator at the front and just fans, you’ll be able to go upto about a 370mm card comfortably. Anymore and you’ll be in trouble.

See what I mean here, you’ll notice there’s a fan on the top, and the bottom but not int he middle.
