£500 - £600 General use

I'm looking for help with building a desktop, its my first time but im getting some help from friends. £500 - £600 is my budget and im looking to use the desktop for uni work and league, maybe in the future im looking to upgrade components. If you can find a cheaper build than £500 that would be good!

only thing il need is a operating system,Have not ordered any parts. Right now im just on to league of legends but maybe in the future i would like to get into a bit more into pc gaming.

That lot is £496 +Shipping. A good motherboard for FX CPU upgrades or overclocks and the ram can be downclocked no problem (i suggest it cause it's cheap right now).

Windows....you can get Windows 10 for free right now but have to pay for it later. I would do that, instead of paying £78 right now for Win 7 or Win 8.1. You get a better PC right now.
