The OEM i5K is on offer and helps pay for a better heatsink for overclocking. The 7850 should come with a couple of free games (Tomb raider and Bioshock infinite), you wont get the game codes if you buy a B grade GPU.
 
Ah now a psu would be handy, cheers. Regarding the gpu im not too sure if he'd be concerned about the free games but the gpu will be the last purchase so it all depends on how he feels in about 2-3 weeks when its time to purchase. Anyways the rest looks great so cheers again.
