Hi, I'm currently trying to find a new laptop for my girlfriend before she goes to uni. Im not too familiar with laptops and their components so difficult for me to know what to choose.
I'm thinking she only needs it for web browsing, playing the occasional game (nothing demanding, think Theme Park), watching DVDs, and listening to music. Would like it to be fairly reliable/robust, and come with decent warranty and support.
I saw a thread below about a £500 laptop, however I couldn't find any reviews on the one recommended (Advent 5302/5401).
Her budget is £500. So what can the OCUK community recommend?
