£500 budget Mini-ITX build help

Hey guys, never built a mini-ITX system before, so i was hoping you guys could spec me a system for £500. This is for a young girl, so a cute case is a must :rolleyes:.

The computer will need a operating system, case, power supply, mouse and keyboard. It will not need a screen.

yes the gfx is integrated, I'm assuming its to be hooked upto TV? mobo uses HDMI
Hope the case qualifies as "cute", also available in red or black
