£500 budget pc

Just wondering if anyone could help me put together a shopping list, I'm looking to build a pc for my partner for her birthday, capable of playing Apex legends, deep rock galactic and rocket league. Doesn't need to be max settings or anything.

£500 excluding peripherals and windows OS.

As above I think ill look for a 2600x elsewhere, save myself the headache and stick to budget.
Its hard not to spend "a little more and a little more" before you end up with an £800 build
