£500 budget to include a TFT

A family friend has asked me to spec him a system including a tft monitor for £500.

I'm trying to convince them to part with a bit more cash as I beleive this is a tall task.

Can anyone spec me a system/tft for this low price.

(mainly used for browsing net, sending emails)
