£500 budget

I am totally out of the loop hardware wise nowadays so im looking for some real help here!

one of the guys from work has a £500 budget all he needs is the computer he already has TFT/mouse/keyboard/speakers and all that jazz.

His main usage will be the internet, word processing and gaming. although he says he doesnt do high end gaming just the odd one here and there.
 
There is a little bit of room left in the budget but I'd probably be suggesting something along these lines, maybe with an aftermarket cooler to take it up to £500 or so.
