£500 budget?

Hi guys, I'm after building a system that meets the recommended specs for cities skylines, as found here - https://www.paradoxplaza.com/cities-skylines

My instinct is to go AMD as that what i've always done, but tbh i want the best value for money possible so happy to be flexible on this.

I really like the bitfenix phenom case here but again something similar in looks would be fine.

Nice, thank you. Already got a dvd drive and not keen on the case so i'll swap it for something else, otherwise it looks like a winner!

If you are really tight for money, get windows 7 for ~£35? from an auction site (new) and then wait for windows 10 later this year as windows 7/8 users will get it for free.
