Edit* never mind a friend came over to help me out with spares I didn't know he had.
Hello all and thanks for any help you can provide, The computer I was using finally kicked the bucket recently and so I need to replace it but on a budget
of £500 I already have
Windows 7 64 bit home
Monitor, Keyboard and mouse + speakers
an 128gb ssd and a 750gb hdd
and a Blu-ray drive
I lack the rest though so here is what I was thinking of getting
Intel Core i5-4570 3.20GHz (Haswell) Socket LGA1150 Processor - Retail.
£161.99
MSI H87-G43 Intel H87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard.
£79.99
Corsair 2013 Edition Gamer Series GS 600W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply.
£65.99
Patriot Viper "Black Mamba" Generation 3 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit.
£49.99
BitFenix Shinobi "Core" USB3.0 Gaming Case - White
£47.99
MSI GeForce GTX 650 Black Knight OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
£95.99
Total £501.94
Has anyone got any suggestions or better ideas? I need it to be able to be overclock able later on down the line ( but happy to use standard coolers atm to save money)
I basically use my pc for gaming and web browsing but I need a replacement as soon as possible and if you think dropping the gpu and upgrading other parts and just waiting a month or 2 to (and playing older games with the Intel gpu) would better long term id rather know now than later down the line.
