Hi, a friend of mine is looking for a gaming and editing PC. He won't be playing that much games maybe a bit of CS:GO but that is about it. It will be used more for editing and programs he will be using are Premiere Pro, Sony Vegas and After Effects. £500 is the for the computer itself but everything else will be in another budget. No operating system is required just the hardware bits. I wasn't to sure want would be the best stuff for editing so I thought you guys might know so hopefully you can help my friend out. Thanks in advance.

£500 is a bit tight but I expect it could be done;

R7 250 for basic gaming, nothing high end. However, has a powerful CPU and 16 gigs of RAM, ideal for rendering/editing. It could be dropped to an R7 240 to bring it further under budget.
