£500 gaming budget

My cousin is getting interested in pc gaming (with a little help from me) and when asked how much he is willing to spend he said £500 maximum. Basicly looking for a build that can play all current games at respectable settings/ frame rates. The build would need everything except a monitor and speakers/ headphones, thanks.
